Star? Sapphire
The sapphire is pretty, but, the “star” doesn’t show at all.

Poorly made example of a Chinese copy of reality.
Total waste of time, waiting for delivery of a poor copy of what could be a nice gift. Bought as a present for my wife, as the ad stated it was a Star Sapphire. We received a very small plastic oval from China that was not a Sapphire, not a gem, did not have a "star" in the "gem", and was extremely poorly made and presented. Returned for refund. Avoid!!!

The necklace is a little too short. But the gem is wonferful.

Pretty but disappointed
The stone is of good size (it is NOT 5 carats, it might be 2 carats at best) however the star doesn't show unless in extreme light. Wouldn't recommend. If you want a good star sapphire get a genuine one!
