Great product !
I'm gonna make this short, I drink alcohol on a daily basis, one or two beers, maybe a shot or a glass of wine and I noticed I was feeling very dehydrated and tired the next day . I saw this product on my social media page and figured why not try it can't hurt. Well let me tell you, I mix a half stick in 12oz of water before bed and the other half in the morning and I feel great again all day. It is a little pricey I think and there other alternatives but I'm sticking with this one. Thanks for the hydration!!

Weekend recovery or to just give you more energy
Drink this after a night out you’ll be back at it or at least not laying in bed saying your never drinking again. I try to drink one or two during the night. They also work for me to drink because some of my meds leave me super fatigued this helps pick me back up. Great for energy and recovery! Smells great, taste is a little salty but just add more water.

Definitely works far better than Gatorade or other sports drinks The taste is horrendous though . But worth it to not cramp and get hydrated

Tastes Absolutely Horrible
If I could give this less than 1 star, I would. This was BY FAR THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE ON AMAZON! You might as well buy a bag of salt and pour it into your water. I can't believe their are positive reviews for this junk. After I drank it, I checked the ingredients and it has about 50% of the daily requirement for sodium (no kidding!) It was incredibly overpriced (it was over $40 and not returnable) and I had to throw the rest in the garbage because it is undrinkable. I have high blood pressure and it's not the kind of thing you want to be putting into your body with that condition (not that I would ever drink that horrid stuff again). YUK!
