The flat head is very convenient in a small apartment. You can push furniture closer to the wall if you don’t want to lose things in that plug sized gapThe holes are tight so plugs stay in, not true if all extension cords.

It's a nice surge protector for a cheap price. My son needed the "longer" cord to get this into his closet from the bedroom wall and it does that.

The extension cord works well with all of my devices and helps me to stay organized with all of my cords as it keeps everything in one place. The on and off switch helps me to save power by turning off all of my devices in one click when they are not in use.The wire is also sturdy as it feels as thick as rope, and the extension cord is simple to use.I would have liked it if there were more slots on the extension cord so that more of my devices could be plugged into it.

Must have when connecting multiple gadgets. I really like how it has an extra space for those gadgets that have bulky adapters. You have extra room and it doesn’t take up the space of the next outlet.

I was able to run this cord under my rug from a wall outlet to get a power source to the center of my room between two chairs. It has the ability to be mounted on the wall, has the perfect amount of plugs and really fulfills my every need. The black color means that it easily blends in beneath my end table and the on/off switch allows me to ensure that it is not running 24/7.It has made my living room so much more functional. I've never had a power strip be able to reach this location and now we are not all fighting over the main accessible wall outlet.The braided cord seems extra durable and secure. I won't worry about a plastic coating cracking or bending in time.

This outlet strip is a rugged construction with surge protection.The cord is an unusual design that looks and feels like an antique cloth-covered electrical cord. I don't know whether the thick braided covering is waterproof like the usual vinyl-covered cords, and I don't plan to test that. It must be okay, because it is UL certified. The cord is only six feet long, which is more than enough for my purposes.I'm plugging in a group of USB-powered grow lights that have slim AC adapters. They fit perfectly in a row on this strip, thanks to the sideways orientation of the plug slots. The plug slots are quite snug. I had to push to seat my adapter prongs. Personally, I like the security of the snug fit.The product description calls this plug "low profile." I guess technically it is, because the cord sticks out from the side. However, it's about twice as thick as my other "low profile" plugs. Easier to grab, but it might be a problem to fit into some outlet locations.All in all, if you don't have a bunch of blocky AC adapters to make room for, this is a very serviceable and kind of cool looking power strip/surge protector.
