Really enjoying this brand of jiaogulan. It gives me such an energy boost that I wondered if it has any caffeine. Has a nice slightly tannic finish that I enjoy, and for some reason my body craves this tea. Better flavor and more potent than brand I used to buy.

A decent product with decent taste

Researched the tea. It is good for your body. But you need to mix with something like cinnamon. Honey etc to make it palatable.

I've read the reviews on this one and most of the negative reviews I attribute to simple ignorance about the different types/growing regions of Jiogulan. The Thai plantation farmed Jiaogulan that most Amazon customers are familiar with from the "big names" in Jiaogulan is much milder than the Chinese Jiaogulan-the leaves are bigger as well. Thai Jiaogulan is very mild and pretty tasty, with a lower concentration of saponins. All the reviews that comment on the taste, are referring to the potent concentration of saponins in this product-that's what makes these leaves foam up like crazy dishsoap, and it's what you want to see in Jiaogulan you are buying for health purposes and not for flavor. This is high quality, potent, medicinal Jiaogulan, and I will continue buying it.

Got a good uplifting feeling drinking this for the first few weeks. No longer get that feeling but still enjoy drinking for the taste. Slightly sweet. Good alternative for tea when I'm avoiding caffeine at night

I like the taste and my blood tests look better now.

Provide good quality long leaves

The flavor is nice, and it is not as bitter as expected.
