As a senior I have been experiencing memory lapses, both long term and more so short term. I have tried several of the OTC and more expensive, heavily advertised “brain fogginess/memory aids such as Focus Factor, Prevagen to no avail. Then I ran into one of those long video ads on Facebook which suggested a number of the components of this supplement were in a supplement they were peddling, but I found them in this one. And I noticed a reduction in fogginess and memory loss after only a few days to taking 1 capsule per day. I also made sure I was drinking sufficient liquids per day by consuming a full 32 oz of water as well as other beverages such as fruit juice and milk. These two actions together have resulted in a marked difference! Of course I don’t have the memory or general mental sharpness that I had in my 40’s, because I am now in my 80’s and that is just not going to happen. But This Product is Worth a Try!!

I have been using this for about a week or so, and generally take them either before I go into work or when I wake up. Please be very careful b4 purchasing this product. It is a NON returnable item. I took 1 pill in the am, i had 3 episodes in 6 hours of my heart racing. I don't know which ingredient would be causing this, but it really scared me. I spent alot of money on this product and I should have discussed it's usage with my DR. b4 I purchased it.
