Amazing!
I am a menopausal woman who has been trying to shift excess weight gained on holiday. I eat healthy and go to the gym 3 times a week with a PT but nothing was working. My PT recommended this so I thought I'd give it a try - I lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks and one of those weeks we were away for a couple of nights eating good food and drinking wine and cocktails. I use 200 ml of semi-skimmed milk, one scoop of Vanilla flavoured powder and a handful of mixed berries and whizz it up in the liquidiser and it's delicious. I have it instead of lunch and it keeps me full until dinner time at 7pm . Highly impressed with this product and would highly recommend it.

Tasty, mixes well, a little sweet, but look out for the after effect!!
I am new to this game of meal replacement so I have a limited view. I find the drink pretty tasty, though sweet for my tastes, and it mixes really well, I guess after a couple of weeks, I am trying the 8 week Blood Sugar diet, I would be better positioned to judge, but I wanted to let people know that I am experiencing a pretty lose tummy after drinking this mixture. Some may see that as a bonus ;-)

Creamy
The flavour of this product is amazing it taste like vanilla icecream when added to water, but if using with milk it's way to sweet for me but the taste is intense like a vanilla thick shake. It is pricey but I only use after a workout and it works to relieve your aching muscles. Protein taste is not too strong like other products out there. They have a wide range of flavours so looking forward to trying other flavours.

Quality product
Purchased for football playing fitness mad son. Over the years I've thrown away so many other protein shakes because of the artificial flavours, he loves the taste of this vanilla. It mixes well - no lumpy residue. It's not a budget brand and definitely worth paying a little bit more for.

Way too sweet
I had one cup of this and gave it away. It was really sickly sweet. Might be alright mixed with loads of fruit but I couldn’t drink it on its own.
