Purchased with the hardwire kit and CPL lens filter. Watched multiple YouTube videos on the install. Watch the bad ones as well just to get an idea of how NOT to do the install. After preparing myself, tackled the install over the weekend. Easiest part was installing the back camera. My Hyundai Santa FE SEL has a hatchback, and for most that was their hardest part. I guess the videos helped me prepare. The rear camera was installed in less than an hour. Plenty of cable, routed along the top down the passenger side. The harder part was finding the right place to plug the hardware kit for power. Key points (1) install the ground wire first, (2) install the battery wire on a fuse (or empty) spot that is always on, the battery voltage will read on the display box on the adapter, (3) install the other on another fuse preferably for ACC (needs to be OFF when car is off and ON when the car is on), when you get this one attached start the car and verify the box display changes to say ACC on the display instead of the battery voltage. Then route the power wires to the camera and the rear camera connections to the dashcam. The video is great when playing from a computer. 4K all around and the player you get from the website even has a ZOOM feature. I started using the 12-hour time-laps recordings, this takes up a lot of memory on the card so you only get about 2 days for the 128G card they supply. I've switched to just using the G-sensors now to turn on when it detects motion (jarring), and record as I am driving. Overall happy with my purchase, there are a few things I wish it had: (1) ability to adjust the delay between frames for the time-lapse feature would make it better at not using a lot of memory, (2) my model seems to record the front and rear with slightly different numbers at the end and the player doesn't know how to sync up the timestamps in the video when playing back (for the time being I can rename the rear to end in the same numbers as the front to fix), and (3) the manuals are very light on content only explains the features by name but doesn't go into detail what they mean... example they talk about the G-sensor with settings for Off/Low/Medium/High but don't describe which is more sensitive... in some languages Low translates to higher sensitivity to movement. Also the instructions on the video player for the computer is very light in content even the phone app has huge untapped potential. With it you can see real-time your path on a map and the video sent to your phone while driving. Could be expanded to supply directions. Great product overall... may update later with more details as I try and research all the features. Even better support! Their people are on top and respond quickly to try and answer your questions. If I wasn't such a computer geek I'd probably have a lot more questions.

Solid Dash Cam with Great Support and Value - I bought this dash cam not knowing exactly what to expect. The price was right, and the specs matched what I was looking for. After installation, I noticed the camera stayed powered on even after I turned off the engine. I contacted the company, and their customer service responded promptly. The representative explained possible reasons for the issue and offered to send a hardwire kit to resolve it. However, one of the reasons provided was that the cigarette lighter could stay on after engine was turned off, so I looked it up. I discovered that the cigarette lighter in my car remains active for 45 minutes after the engine shuts off. So, the issue wasn’t with the dash cam—it was with my car’s power settings, which I can reprogram. I thanked the customer service rep and let them know the hardwire kit wasn’t necessary. I appreciated their quick and helpful response. The dash cam itself works well and was easy to set up. The suction cup mount is strong, and I really like the touch screen—it makes operation simple and intuitive. My only complaint is the rear camera wiring: there’s no easy way to hide the long wires, and I really wish future products could have a wireless connection to the main camera. Overall, this is a very nice product for its price range. It delivers solid performance, and the customer support was excellent.

I love this dashcam. The product is high quality. The image in front camera is 4k (has very clear vision). This is my second time I chose this brand. I have another dashcam for my other vehicle and it has not disappointed me at all. The price is excellent. It came with a memory card which is a plus since I didn't have to purchase and that makes it less expensive. I totally recommend this product.

I will only point out the negative Everything els is great on this camera from the picture to the installment - also there is no way the camera will fall off this thing is as secure as it gets !!!!! Now what I don’t like is - the cable it seemed like an endless cable hiding session. Also It does not automatically connect to the Internet so if u drive of without connecting it to the WiFi first and something happens than that’s on you. So always connect first !!!! The back camera was a bit harder to set up so u might need some help doing that , that way the person in the front can tell you if this is a good angle. Besides that good camera

I very pleased with the dash camera. It wasn't hard to install. I was able to tuck the wires in the overhead upholstery with the tool supplied. The camera is clear and the night time view is amazingly bright. The viewing angle is great, It has GPS and an automatic video capture feature if an accident is detected. It comes with a plug that fits in the cigarette lighter socket but that doesn't allow you to use the video surveillance feature. I purchased the optional harness that plugs into the OBD2 plug which provides power, thus surveillance, when the vehicle is unattended. that made installation with full features easy.

Love love love. I bought this to use on our family trip since each way was 900 miles. I always get worried about insurance scammers so this helped with piece of mind. I have left it up since I installed it. Quick installation. The memory card is great because there is a loop option/reel write so you aren't stuck replacing the memory card when its full. Video quality is amazing. I only wish the back camera was 4k at night it gets a little hard do see but during the day the back one is great its just at night the quality of the back one isnt as great as the front. Mounting was easy ive had no issues with it coming off or anything. I haven't used the GPS functionality so I can't speak on how that part of thus dash cam is.

I bought the RedTiger F7N during Black Friday 2025. At first I had issue with the rear video output. Amazon support agent connected me to the seller. After a few questions regarding the condition of the rear cam, Emma who is the customer support agent for RedTiger sent me a replacement camera within. The my front camera can't detect the shock or vibration from shaking or hitting the windshield ir windows in Park Mode. I contacted Emma again and told her I think the G-Force sensor is not working properly. After directing me to test the G-Force in Park mode, she sent me a replacement in a few days. I installed the replacement and everything work out perfectly. The RedTiger F7N dash Cam works perfectly as its specifications posted. The support from Emma (RedTiger support Agent) is excellent and fast. I highly recommend this RedTiger F7N dash Cam for its price and excellent support. I really like the touch screen and Voice commands on this dash cam.

I’d like to share how satisfied I am with this dash cam. I originally purchased it in November 2023, and it worked perfectly until recently when the LCD screen stopped working, although the camera itself was still recording. I contacted customer support, and even after all this time, they were extremely helpful and sent me a replacement. I received a newer model with improved features, and it’s working perfectly again. The WiFi transfer speed is much faster now. Images are sharper and the new voice commands are awesome. It also comes with a 64GB memory card which is very convenient. Excellent product and outstanding customer service, especially their after-sales support. I highly recommend this company.
