The probiotic profile is pretty good... better than a lot of others I checked online. The only drawback is the taste and texture. My kids are not picky, so they managed to eat these without much problem. I ordered a different flavour next time, strawberry/ banana instead of watermelon. They actually liked it! So do try another flavour.

Initially, my picky 5 year old did not like taste. Now he requests his vitamin every day. For those kids who don’t like taste, grind up and put in juice. The quality of product is well worth the trouble.

I was looking for a replacement probiotic for my kids when I couldnt find their usual one. Garden of life has a great quality history, which is why I chose this. That flavor though! When my kids refused to eat it (all three of them) I decided to take them so as to not waste. The flavor really is quite terrible to the point that I have trouble getting them down. Wish I could review how well the product works for kids, but mine refused to take them. I've only been taking them (2 a day) for a few days but have not noticed any changes yet.

My kids could tolerate the slightly weird watermelon flavour but they did not like the gritty texture of the tablets. I thought they were ok and I ended up eating them.
