I can now reach and work on my back and shoulders when I need to and not be forced to wait days for a massage or PT appt.I have shoulder, back and neck pain. Muscles cramp up and get angry. Usually have to wait and wait for massage or PT to help. Most of the time my pain hits middle of the night and keeps me up.This ridiculous looking question mark thing…. It really helps. Best I can even use it at 2 am when the pain starts.

This item is made from hard plastic, the quality is average. It is easy to use & helps to relieve pain in areas that some may not have the ability to reach. It comes with a QR code to help you learn ways of using this item. It function as intended and is worth the value. However, sometimes while I'm using this item & applying pressure, it feels like I am about to break it due to the way it bends.

It had some rough plastic on the massage balls at the casting seam line. Had to lightly sand these areas smooth. Otherwise it works perfectly.

I read too many reviews before ordering ! This one cost a bit more but is single piece construction. No sharp edges, loose screws or pieces that won’t come apart after assembly. It’s not too big & easily fit in travel bag. Works great for my needs of upper back shoulder pain

I bought this item because it was highly recommended by my chiropractor who has identified some large knots in my back. This has easily been one of the best investments for my self-care. It's really easy to use and access hard to reach spots. Nearly 6 months in, and it's a solid buy. I often find that other household members borrow the item as well. It's easy to transport from room to room and can be hung on a hook when not in use.

Works great! I had one at work and I loved it enough to buy one for myself at home. Gets the hard to reach areas and doesn't require a ton of force.

So glad that the physical therapist let me know about this.. It's helped my shoulder pain and when I feel the pain returning I use it and it keeps it from hurting as bad as it was! Would highly recommend 👌
