This ladder is great for our needs
The media could not be loaded. I bought the ladder to be able to get to the top of out cargo box on top of our mini van.I looked at a few negative reviews and can't understand what people are saying. I got the 6 foot ladder. Maybe a longer one may have more issues but I don't even believe that.I weight 250 pounds and this ladder securely holds my weight without fear that the ladder will fall apart. This ladder is easy to fold and some say it was heavy. I dint see that either. It's solid but it's a heavy duty folding ladder. It's not flimsy at all. Easy to fold as well. It has hooks on top to secure it and they are removable.I can't speak for their longer ladders but I have to believe as far as folding ladders are concerned this is a good one. This ladder is perfect if space is a concern. If you live in an apartment or using it as I am it's fantastic. The only thing that I could say that I would rather it have is the bottom rung doesn't fold but I think thats for the stability of the ladder. On a scale from 1 to 10 of importance this is a 0.5 for it's over all use.

Perfect for closet attic access...
We got this for a small, narrow attic access through the ceiling in our bedroom closet that is too small for any flip or pull-down attic ladder. It actually worked perfect for this specific use. What I liked best was the hooks at the top of the ladder that prevents it from falling forward when it's very vertical, and the locks on each side of every rung that prevent them from collapsing as we've had a collapsible ladder in the past without locks and it collapsed unexpectedly, so this ladder was much safer andmore reliable.

Works Great for the Attic
This ladder is working perfectly to get into my attic. It has the hooks on the top so I don’t have to worry about it falling. It is easy to collapse and store out of the way. It is sturdy and I’m grateful that I chose this one.

Works as intended
It seems to work fine. each step bar is fairly narrow and sharp so you'll need to wear shoes to prevent it from digging into your feet. Found that out the hard way. Also the farther angle it from vertical, the less stable it feels though hasn't slipped or anything. Does the job of giving me an easy way of getting up to my attic without pulling out my full sized latter. The hook is perfect for hooking on to my attic's hatch as well as hanging it up for storage.

Nice Ladder
I bought this ladder to use specifically to get in my attic, with is located in my walk-in closet (not a lot of space). I used to use my Little Giant ladder for this but that was a pain/heavy getting up stairs and trying to open it up in my walk-in. This telescoping ladder is light and fits perfectly behind the walk-ins door. It opens with easy and seems sturdy. I already tested out and went up and down into my attic 4 times today. I am very impressed and wish I bought this years ago. If your on the fence, get it, it is worth it.

Well constructed, portable and storable
I weight a little over 200lbs and aluminum ladders (multi position/extension/step) typically shake and shudder when I am lifting or using tools and with this telescoping design, I felt very confident within a couple minutes. Really low weight and small storage requirements, as well. I bought this for a my camper van RV so I could carry it and work on the roof (solar panels maintenance) but I may buy a larger one for my house so I do not have to break my back lugging around the multi position aluminum ladder (Werner) that feels like it weights close to 100 lbs. Whoever invented these ladders should be publically applauded.

Used it to help son get into the loft at college
We mistakenly did not order a ladder to go with my son's loft at college and this worked perfectly to extend just the right distance and hook over the bedframe. Being highly adjustable, this would work for almost any loft height like this. He's not a small person and the ladder is holding up, though it doesn't seem super sturdy and I'm worried it might break one of these days.Overall, it's a good, handy ladder that does what it says, though I'm worried about it's strength, and the price was a bit high.
