Garbage
The software for this is atrocious and full of bugs but what's worse is that the product itself just doesn't work. I wanted a simple LED to tell me when I had new Outlook mail or a Teams message. On one PC, it doesn't work at all and on the other, the LED flashes for about 3 seconds when a new mail arrives but then goes off which means if I'm not looking at it for those 3 seconds, then I wouldn't know I had new mail. Very frustrating experience for something that should be simple. When you go to download software and are presented with about 25 different options instead of a single package installer, this is a clue that they have not invested any money in the software side of this which is arguably the most important as the hardware is a simple LED. Avoid.

It just works.
Make sure you have the latest "In-A-Call" version of the Kuando software. After trying other busy light solutions and dealing with the frustration of software that wouldn't work with multiple communication platforms we gave up on the idea of busy lights in our office space. When the Kuando In-A-Call software was announced I tried again and was delighted to find the software just works. There was no complicated setup, it just simply works and doesn't increase the support burden for our help desk. We use it with Outlook Teams, and WebEx.

Audio not very loud
If audio is important to you I would suggest going with the Omega. Even with the audio level at 100% I found this not loud enough but if all you want is a visual that isn't in your face then this product would work well for you. The Busylights link in with so many major systems and are easy to setup.
