Pretty sturdy
This is a pretty sturdy aluminum louver, especially when compared with a lot of the junk that's around on the market. I wanted aluminum, because the squirrels gnaw through wood or plastic to get into my attic. The one con is that it's a bit tricky to install it with flashing in a way which will keep water out.

I’m totally surprised, this thing is well made and quite adequate. The material is slightly lighter than a commercial louvre, but for most home applications is fine, and to top it off, it’s anodized, so it won’t turn into a gray mess after a few years in the atmosphere I recommend.

Seems fairly well built. The insect mesh at the back didn't seem to fit well( bulged out in places) but was fastened at the edges so is affective. No opinion on longevity but I can't see why it won't last.

I ended up adding aluminum screen to the inside to keep out insects. Other than that it was well constructed and high quality.
