I love the fit of this hat! I use this as a gym/working hat. I wear a fitted size 7 7/8 to an 8 and this hat fits super comfortable. I am on my second one now and I cant say enough. Great quality as well. I would still be on my first hat, but I lost it. If your looking for a super comfortable, great fitting, quality hat, this is it.

This is the new style non-adjustable stretch to fit ball cap. I ordered the small/medium & it fits my head pretty well. But in a stiff breeze I won't be able tighten it down to stay on my head like my other adjustable caps. Quality seem good and product is as displayed in pictures. I like it. UPDATE, 5 months later and this hat is still in good shape and fits well, very comfortable to wear for hours. Recommended.

One size fits all, that's a bunch of crap, way to large and no way to adjust the cap. Wearing OUR flag on my uniform is important to me. I should have tried them on. When I needed a new one as part of my daily uniform, I pulled it out of it's package and it was way to large, and NO way to adjust it. Very disappointed and have red flagged your site as a NO buy company.

Color is good and matches photos, but this hat definitely will not fit 7 - 7 1/2 sizes. I am wear a 7.5 size hat and this hat gave me headaches within minutes of putting it on. I then stretched it over a headrest for about ~2 hours, still too tight. I then stretched it over a piece of furniture for 48 hours, still too tight. This was with me stretching the elastic to its fullest extent; any more would have ripped seams in the fabric, far more stretched than anyone's head would make it.Finally, a did the trick that New Era recommends for their stitched caps, which is where you put your knee inside the front and pull up on the back of the cap to break a few threads to loosen the fit. Instantly the side popped off the elastic, so now the hat is effectively trash since it won't fit and is coming apart. The only reason for the second star is that it matches the photos well and should have been a good product.Do not buy this hat if you wear anything over a 7 1/8 ; even a 7 1/4 may be pushing it.

It looks exactly as it does in the image. Size will always be an issue with hats online though. I have a L-XL head but if I buzz cut, the hat is no longer form fitting. I guess it comes down to preference. Still a good hat.
