These get super hot instantly. Don't put directly on skin or you will get burnt. I wrapped in a towel until it was an easier level to handle. Heat lasted about 30 min. Worth the buy! I use them to help migraine pain. I put it on the base of my skull and it is hot enough to soothe things.

Alittle hard to activate. Some were easy, some harder to get it started. the Heat stayed for awhile, its gets very hot at first, would purchase again

These are easier than other instant heat packs to activate, but they are super hot when first activated. I have wrap the pack with a double layer of T-shirt material in order to protect my skin. The heat is intense at the beginning but does fade more quickly than anticipated. I wish the heat could be lower but more sustained.

I am 5 days post op from ACDF surgery( anterior cervical discectomy & fusion). Had disc removed from my spine and bones fused together , I used the ones in the hospital as they really helped. I tried to find the exact ones from the hospital but couldn't so I took a chance despite some not so good reviews and purchased this brand. I'm so glad I did. The only con is that the bag can be sometimes hard to pop but once u do it activates quickly by shaking and rubbing together. And they get HOT!! hotter than the brand the hospital used. You'll def need a light barrier like a thin towel on ur skin. They last about 25 mins which is good especially when u place it over a chronic pained spot. I always give reviews when I buy products and I love reading them before I buy anything. I'm telling you to buy it! Im buying more for family members.Happy healing!
