It’s not fair to rate this product of one star because it is actually a quality product… Until it isn’t. 11 months in and the grinder stopped working. If you decide to purchase this, you better hope that you do not need any product support. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in all of my years. You are redirected, hung up on, told to email, chat, anything other than human contact. And when you initiate that… They tell you that the chat says you need to try later in a less busy time. There never seems to be a less busy time as I’m trying it almost 7 PM. Seriously, I love this machine, but you better pray it functions perfectly for the rest of your life. Disgusted.

Mon fils est un amateur de café et il adore sa nouvelle machine, facile d'utilisation, plusieurs choix de café, même de l'eau chaude instantanée qui ne goûte pas le café. Vraiment une belle machine.

I used a Nespresso machine using original pods for 6 years. Recently the pod prices have gone up crazy and I decided to buy an espresso machine. Since the machines are expensive for me I researched for 2 weeks and bought this one. I have never used a manual espresso machine before so I was struggling to find the right taste of coffee for me. I wasted almost half of a bag of coffee beans. I am not 100% sure this coffee tastes better than the Nespresso pod but I am sure that the espresso cool and cold brew is soooo good. I will buy another coffee bean next time and try if the taste is way different. I like that I can use hot water from this. The milk frother is also good. I can make hot milk pretty fast and easy to use. So far so good.
