I've let some posture issues go unchecked for a long time and this has helped me.The adjustable straps help in pulling my shoulders back as I always feel as though I'm sinking into myself. This pulls them back and helps to keep proper form. After a long day being hunched over, I noticed little to no pain and was able to move about freely the next day.The nylon straps hold tight and the neoprene-like material stretches nicely. After extended use, it will rub the armpits and cause a little discomfort. It was suggested to wear for 2 hours and I pushed it to 8 hours. This is very low profile, I didn't notice any obvious lines in a dress shirt, polo, or t-shirt. Friends failed to notice as well. The velcro that secures the waistband and nylon straps is strong and doesn't break loose. Its also very convenient and quick to adjust and offers support in the spot between my shoulder blades that gives me issues.I'm glad I took a chance on this, hopefully it will help you as well.

I like the adjustability of this unit. I also find it easy to get into and fairly easy to get off, although sometimes it does stick to my skin a bit causing me to have to tug at it a bit.

The item does work you can't exceed the usage of the posture strap.

My husband and I both use the brace. I use while sitting at my desk, I work from home, and it helps me maintain posture while working on the computer. It is comfortable and the quality is good. My husband also uses it for periods of time throughout the day to help improve his posture, he was tending to slump forward due to a previous injury.

This is a wonderful product. Just remember to read the directions and follow them. Do not keep the brace on all day because you will want to.It feels great on.

Although it does pull the shoulders back, it is uncomfortable and a bit harsh if you leave it on long enough to make a difference in your posture and back pain.

The product is okay, not worth the money. The belt slides towards your chest when lifting or working frequently and is annoying to straighten up and adjust every time it happens (which is a lot). Bought for myself and my husband and he does not like it at all. I used only because I don't have another one. My hubby has another one that he like and wears that over this product. We do a lot of gardening or lifting of stuff and so it is not worth the buy.My return period has expired otherwise I would have returned it.

After my back surgery this helped me straighten out my posture.
