Very nice. It was very well packed EXCEPT the large bowl was damaged. Disappointing since it must have happened before packing and yet it was still sent out. Poor quality control. UPDATE Amazing customer service I must say. After I posted this review the seller emailed me to apologize and discuss. As I said the product itself is lovely but was damaged but the customer service really made up for everything.

This two-tiered fruit bowl is really nice. However, one of the bowls arrived damaged even though the parcel was well packaged and not damaged at all. Inside the parcel is a card from Homkula stating that they will replace any bowls that are damaged. Despite several emails to customer service, they have not done so. Amazon have refunded my account. UPDATE. Since leaving this review Homkula have gone out of their way to sort this for me. I now have a replacement, and I'm very satisfied.
