This is like a made for TV film with some gory bits thrown in!they are gory (think SAW),! Family move into a repossed house (as a tragic history),the former owner as mental issues moved to LA (or as he),? It were,nt a bad film (if not for gory bits)could been on a tv film shown on afternoons!

Disappointing. I didn't realize when I rented this that this movie actually has 2 titles. I have seen it previously under the title Crawl space. As soon as I realized it was the same movie I didn't even bother watching. It was so lame and so grotesquely violent. The story is just silly,

I could see what they were trying to do but it just doesn't work, acting is good but SERIOUSLY how can you have a grown man walking around in your loft and not hear a thing...plus nobody thinks to look up there even when they think they see things through the ceiling vents, all rather implausible and, as someone pointed out, the bad guy is really not scary at all!Shame as this idea had potential to be very scary.

Just thought i would buy this as the reviews werent bad, but its sooooo slow, really boringto be honest with you, and what is with the toilet scenes? watched, now will sell on.....
