My son still uses this for his shaving purposes. He has no complaints about it. I have not seen any issues. It charges well. Lasts quite a long time on the battery.

Worked really well for the first month or two. Now the blades are pulling the hairs out instead of cutting them. I really can't recommend it since the company doesn't seem to sell replacement blades. And without replacement blades I can't say if it's the foils, the blades or the speed of the motor that's pulling the hairs.

This is my 3rd Runwe shaver. The first two were the least expensive model and worked fine for 2 about years, less expensive than disposable razors. This 986 model is terrible, painful, pulls, drags and razor burns my face.

No more Norelcos for me. It took about a week to break it in, but since then it has been a pleasure to shave. Very quick and very comfortable. Wet your face with water. Open the cover and pass water through the blades before each use. You're good to go!

One of my least favorite things to do is to shave. My skin is incredible sensitive, so when I need to shave, it usually ends with razor burn and cuts all over my face. It's never a fun time. Because of this, I'm always on the lookout for a more efficient, smooth shave, but unfortunately this razor was not the answer for my face.I've used this razor two times, and both times were painful and ended with my giving up and switching to a traditional razor. My major issues with this razor are twofold. First, this electric razor is anything but smooth. The instructions read that one should "move the shaver head against the beard growth direction, and make a straight, firm shaving movements to shave" as well as "shaving dry usually works best" and "it will take a while for your skin to adapt to the shaver." Well, while that may be true about the skin, the beginning few shaves are extremely painful. The razor doesn't feel as though it's shaving; it feels like it is pulling the facial hair out from the roots. I shave when my facial hair is usually short to medium length, so I don't think this was due to my hair being too long. I tried everything: shaving against the growth, shaving with the growth, shaving firmly, shaving loosely, shaving with movement, shaving without movement...nothing helped. Each time was incredibly painful on my face.My second complaint is that despite all of the pain: the shave doesn't even do a good job! The results are patchy at best and after a few minutes of painfully concentrating the razor on one particular area of my face, hardly any damage was done to the hair there. I was hurting my face for no reason.The razor has three heads that are floating. Additionally, there is a pop-up trimmer that is meant for the neck and corners of one's face. There is a digital screen that reads a number 1 to 99 to indicate how charged the battery is, and the charger that comes with the razor charges it at a pretty quick speed. The razor comes with a transparent dust cap and a carry bag. Cleaning the razor is as simple as opening up to the top, dusting out the hair, and running it under water (oh yeah, it's waterproof). There is also an included cleaning brush. The razor looks really good, and logistically has everything you need to ensure you get a solid shave. Unfortunately, its performance does not live up to its packaging and I would not recommend this electric razor. Search for a more smooth, painless option.

Purchased 1 and returned cause the pop up trimmer fell off - received the replacement. the pop up trimmer just fell off the replacement too. now what do I do?

Al razurar es comodo y no irrita, lo que no me gustó fue que la navaja para las patillas no se levanta mucho, llega hasta la mitad, yo estaba acostumbrado a que se levantara toda la pieza, con mi razuradora anterior, pero esta nueva, no se levanta tanto, me resulta incomodo recortar la patilla

Top of the line shavers!I really like this shaver, it is a really high quality shaver for a fraction of the price compared to a philips one. It can last for a really long time and is a smooth and comfortable shave even without shaving cream or being in the shower. The water proof makes it possible to use in the shower. Definately worth the price and the blades including the shaver itself looks really nice.

The pop-up bread trimmer cannot fully open up...it can only open in about 28 degree, not more. I try to open it up by hand...nope....it's the max. that can be open....maybe I got a defective one.Also the shaver head is very easy to accidentally open it when in use. well, for the price cannot expect much.
