Like most things in life - It sounds simple and easy but it is difficult to do. A really useful tool.

I was introduced to the one page business plan through my MBA in Design Strategy program at the California College of the Arts, which is the #2 graduate design program in the world at one of the best art schools in the US (yes! An art school). I've had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Horan when he visited as a guest lecturer. He's extremely passionate and dedicated to his mission of helping businesses succeed and the one page business plan is an effective tool. Pairs perfectly with the Business Model Canvas.

A useful reference

I cant stand this book! It’s specifically designed for medium businesses that have xx amount of employees.It wasn’t written for 1 man business owners, and neither did it state the in the description.The book is absolutely huge (like A3 size) and it looks horribleThe read thru was a utter bore and 90% of the pages have no writing on them just graphs, template boxes ext.Its good for logging the month to month PROGRESSION of your company’s departments/roles ext.Ill have to buy something else.
