Not good.
When plumber fitted New tap he noticed the head of tap was split. Needs a new one. Not very happy..

Broken plastic head part
Brought this tap to be fitted in our new kitchen which has just had the worktop fitted so have only just had the tap fitted. The plastic cap where the water comes out of is broken, reading the comments it looks like you can't buy them, which I'm not very happy about. It also seems that this is a common problem with it too!!!

Good Faucet
I am happy with the item but one thing let it down, I never received the plastic sprayer that goes on the end of the tap that sprays the water out when you turn the tap on. So that's why I give it a 3 out of 5 if all was their it would be 5 out of 5.

Impressive tap
This looks to be a great tap, strongly made and stylish. I am only sorry that it was too big for our sink and we had to return it.
