Q: What is the heel hight ?

45mm on the outside, I also bought a pair tan ones with chains on but no pull up loops that keep the Jean hem up after sitting down. Brian.H

I have to disagree with the other replies you've received. First thing to note is that the bottom of the shoe, i.e. the sole, curves down into the middle so that what you might think of as a central spine is closer to the ground than the edges of the sole. Probably obvious as this applies to most shoes, but it helps to make things clearer. Similarly, the sole slopes slightly downwards from the back, so it's not the same height at the front of the heel as it is at the back. OK, so with tape measure in hand, here are my findings- at the back of the heel / approx 45mm- at the front of the heel on each side / approx 40mm- at the front of the heel by the central 'spine' / approx 35mmThat said, it may well be that shoe descriptions normally classify these as 2 inch heels, and like anything, it depends where you measure from. My measurements are from the bottom side of the sole, which obviously reduces to zero in the ball of the foot. Hope this helps.

There are no zips on these boots they are pull ons ,like proper cowboy boots.ok
