The product is great and very straight forward. The cure time is also much shorter than other silicone mold makers. One item was damaged but luckily they included 2 cups instead of one. It's one of the best mold makers for the price. And the size really let's you get the most out of the product.

Used this for custom mold making. Released well, set firm. Going to try it in another area test flame retardance.

This product is a really great middle of the road mold material for many home craft projects. This silicon product, once cured, is firm yet flexible enough to accomplish many mold making challenges without needing to cut and rubber band, or create a two part mold to make demolding easier. This product can be manipulated to remove the item used to make the original form and to use repeatedly to product your reproductions. This product does a pretty good job of degassing and allowing bubbles to escape, however if you are in need of perfection, a vacuum/pressure pot, will be helpful for making the mold as well as reproductions. The two part system, mixes well/easily and sets up and cures within 4 to 6 hours, and the items can be demolded safely. I have not had any issues with ripping and any adhesion issues, when demolding. The product releases from resin and other materials. There are some products that will interrupt the curing process and you should be aware of that. I had no issues making molds of polymer clay, baked or unbaked. Tape interferes with curing. Keep that in mind when deciding how to create boxes. Many pros recommend certain adhesives, like wax, sticky wax. I use a scale to measure. This is a 1:1 product and using weight and a scale is much easier to read and remain accurate than using my eye and line of sight to approximate equal portions. The box has a lot of important information on it, so retain that or take photos. I had to pull the box out of recycling. This small kit made several small molds, if you plan your use you can avoid a lot of wasted product. I learned from the pros that you can chop up the excess cured mold material and add it in to new projects to fill in the volume. I do that and it is very helpful. Use scissors and the smaller the pieces the better. I recommend watching videos to avoid errors. I like this product because it is clear enough to be able to see the item to do simple accurate cuts to the mold to remove the model, while avoiding cuts made in error. This product is as expected and I'm happy with this order and the results being produced by the molds. 5 stars
