This unit is amazing after you really get to understanding the system. Program from you phone and go. Only issues so far is that the mop head starting out is a bit wet. and a bit sloppy so takes a few min. to dry.Also doesnt work great on carpet. Does pickup but struggles a bit. Self cleaning station is amazing though.

The dirty water never got sucked into the tank. Leaked and warped my floor. Contacted yeedi directly the answer was to deal with Amazon for replacement of the unit.I don’t know if I assembled it incorrectly or what happened but the point is there’s no safety feature/sensor/alarm for leaking water. Yeedi replied ‘don’t worry, usually it doesn’t leak’.Typical non existent customer service for off brand I should have known better you get what you paid for.Would have been a decent vacuum. It seems to clean ok. Has issues with mapping. Hard to redivide rooms. Missed a few spots while mapping.Cleaned and reinstalled everything it seems to be sucking dirty water but have a bad feeling and probably better off returning as defectiveUpdate September 2024Please don’t waste your money on this vacuum.The dirty water tank doesn’t function properly the cleaning pad stays wet and doesn’t dry due to dirty water sitting in the base unit instead of being sucked into the tank. Today it made a huge mess. Also the mapping feature is a mess. Putting dividers is impossible. Vacuum acts like a lost drunk sailor once in a while and looses its base location. AI is not taking over the world anytime soon lol.Please do not buy this one. It’s a joke

After using another robot for more than 3years, I finally got the yeedi cube. I have used it several times and now I love it! The setup is very easy, just following directions and no doubt. For me, the most important thing is it does the vacuum and mopping at the same time. And the auto-empty and self cleansing the mop make me got 99% hands free on this cube. The other surprise part, It is powerful and quite enough,even I use it when my kid is sleeping in the other room. I have some rugs and play mats in our house, yeedi can go smoothly to anywhere, save my 98% time to take care the remaining.talking to the app, it is really smart,you can ask the robot avoiding different materials surface as you like. And also splitting rooms and only go or no go zones. It may not be a perfect robot, but it really does what it says, highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. Solid concept but poor execution. Received delivery with a the UFO water leaking, but to Yeedi's credit this was replaced quickly. The station itself leaks now and I have to occasionally mop the area. About 2 months after having the cube I discovered that self emptying feature doesn't work and I have to manually empty the dust bin on the robot; the bright side is that I will never have to buy a replacement bag for the station. It cleans great though, that I cannot take away from the robot. My issue is the station. It doesn't do what it's supposed. The whole purpose of the overall package is so your don't have the monitor it too much, but after every cleaning I have to check if the robot's bin has been empty and I have the mop the area under the station.Save your money and look elsewhere.

Set up was quite simple. Relatively quiet machine, except when self emptying at the base. This was excessively loud, and scared the poo out of my dog and anyone around. The navigation and software experience were the worst of all three previous, less expensive models previously tested. Often would not complete an assigned clean, and would begin to clean other random areas instead. Once this process began, getting her back to the bas was near impossible without doing so manually. The mop cleaning power was the least impressive of all previous machines. While it did get a lot of dirt (evident from the dirty water produced), it never was able to get any spots of dry dog slobber off the floor (as the shark AI matrix clean had done very well). The vacuum and self cleaning feature (granted it’s the only self clean and emptying one tested) worked well, and was a nice feature. The brush roll also handles hair nicely, without becoming tangled, as others had (…but this is also after two prior machines likely did the brunt of that job). Overall, there were much less expensive models that impressed me more, and the cleaning power was not substantial enough to justify keeping her. Disappointed. The return process was the absolute WORST experience of all previous purchases I have EVER made on Amazon before. Beware. It will NOT be fast, and customer service agents will not be upfront with you about this before you initiate your return.

I come from using a Roborock with LiDAR technology. I thought this would be an upgrade with self lifting and self cleaning mop, but I was wrong.There’s never really a way to see if it’s cleaning all the areas with the crude map it uses. After using it several times in our large home there was only a small amount of dust in the bag whereas I always go much more from our Roborock.The machine is also too tall to get under the kitchen cupboards, always leaving dirt and dirty floors on the edges.The one area it did well was mopping the areas it could reach. It definitely picked up a lot of dirt in the water.Usually I don’t leave reviews, but the main reason I was compelled to this time is the return policy. Even though it was pitched through Amazon prime, for some reason after they receive the item it will take 30 days to process the return! At this price, that really hurts.Replaced it with a Roborock Revo for only slightly more and it’s night and day better in every way I can think of. Maybe I can improve the review once we get our money back, but the whole experience has certainly left us annoyed.
