B23 Superquick 2 Detached Houses - 1/72 OO/HO - Card Model Kit

These are quite difficult to do because as soon as you take them out of the plastic bag the card board warps quite badly and you have to add a lot of bracing to make the surfaces flat. this seems to be a common problem as it was the same with other models in the superquick range I have recently purchased, My house is not damp or too hot, also I have not had any problem with other makes of cardboard models.

Nice houses, but if you are going to add lights add them at the start as the kit interiors are very closed off and inaccessible once built.

I am used to building Metcalfe card models and I tried these Superquick ones because they were cheaper. I wish I hadn't. The Superquick ones are poor quality printed card and the finished result isn't convincing. Also I needed to use my own supply of card to finish each model as the maker has really skimped on them. Neither did I like the number of parts that were simply paper and difficult to glue together. Very disappointing.

I have usually bought Metcalfe kits which I love but I thought I would give SuperQuick a go - what a mistake!The kit arrived missing some important parts and despite contacting the company on two occasions I didn't even get the courtesy of a reply. I have basically just wasted my money

Poor quality and far too fiddly to put together. Instructions not clear. Purchased as a joke present for a friend but ended up putting it in the bin.
