Seems pretty good
I’ve got this hanging a punch bag and it’s seems pretty good so far.

Worked well. Generally well made.
This is a good item. It’s generally robust and comes with good quality plugs.The only negative is that one of the bolt heads shattered at the edge when tightening. I was still able to use it. As the other had no issues I think this may have just been a one off.
