How do u use the fin key?

If you look at the bottom, there's a clip that holds the surfer on top to the fin. As I recall, that fin key is supposed to be pushed into that hole, which unclips the clip, allowing you take the thing apart. In my experience it is *really* hard to do, so I just leave it plugged together.

Can you purchase pets separately?

Lost the surfer,can I get a replacement?

I’m sure you can by ordering a replacement unless it was lost in shipping in which case you likely need to file a claim with the carrier.
