I’m normally a medium in everything els I wear just had to send back and get a large so I’d order one size bigger than normal but over all the look good and feel good

A must have addition - highly recommended
We are on the water three times a week. The shirt is great to wear under your suit, or even solo with a pair of hybrid shorts, even use it while you're on a kayak, etc. The size is perfect when you're comparing to other sizes in ScubaPro. Keep in mind this shirt is suppose to be a more "snug" fit. If your wanting a more relaxed fit you will want to order at least a size up, or grab an AFTCO sun shirt, they are amazing.

This is *thin* and does not offer much insulation - it is a "rash guard" not a wetsuit. With that said - it is the best rash-guard i own! My 1st stage, reg, BDC-Air2, fins, mask, etc. are all ScubaPro and all highly recommended!
