Zero support. Otherwise would have been 3 stars.
Form should follow function, and in this case, we have the opposite. This bike strives to look 'cool' but at the expense of it actually being a bike. I'm not a tall guy - around 5'8 or 9, but the seat is so low or the pedals so high, that actually pedaling this bike for anything more than a couple hundred feet is pointless and uncomfortable. Perhaps that is the intent. To simply make an electric 'motorcycle' without the trouble of all the additional requirements. There is a bit to like about it though. It arguably looks pretty cool, with its big (and very functional) headlight. The battery comes off easily, so you can take it elsewhere to charge, and the bike computer built in is pretty full featured - though I was never able to pair my phone with it. Seems the app had no idea that Hover-1 sold these bikes. Riding it is also fun - as a scooter. You can put it into full-assist, twist the throttle and in no time you're cruising over 20mph. It never would hit 28 despite me turning off all nanny modes. I think it topped out at 23 and change, which was a comfortable speed. As I said before, pedaling is mostly pointless, but do be careful, as any amount of pedaling will kick the assist in. I very nearly put it through my garage wall trying to move it. I advanced the pedal so I could put air in the tire, and it leapt into action. The bike weighs like 70lbs, so it was like suddenly wrangling a pit bull made of metal and rubber. No damage done. Lastly, and sadly, the seat isn't even particularly comfortable. It's not rounded or padded enough, and I could see how you would quickly get fatigued with it on a longer ride. Most bike saddles take some getting used to, but I feel like this one isn't truly a saddle, but kind of a bench seat. Finally -why 1 star? The bike was very simple to assemble. Mostly you needed to just bolt the handlebars on with the 4 provided bolts. Only, I was only provided 3. I opened a support case with Hover-1 the day after I received the bike. I never heard back. Not only that, I updated my case when I hadn't heard from them in weeks, and well, I'm still waiting. I decided to test ride the bike regardless, but I sure would feel safer with that 4th screw. I don't trust a company that doesn't even attempt to support their products, so there you are! There are better bikes out there for less money, with better support. Stick with those.Edit - Hover-1 finally got in touch with me and were very apologetic for the delay in my support request. They sent me out the hardware I needed and the bike is in 100% shape now. As such, I'm upping my review here to 3 stars based solely on the product!

Best bike I have ever owned! Great short commuter! Feels more like a Moped!
This is my first E-Bike, but I have owned many bikes in my life so I can speak to that and the new experience of the electric motor. At first I did not know what to expect but before I get into my experience, let me highlight my like and dislikes.+ Design (looks like a motorcycle)+ Powerful Motor+ Good Range on 100% motor assist.+ Integrated LED headlight, taillight, and turn signals.+ SUPER EASY ASSEMBLY. (Took 5 Min)+ Twist throttle (better than thumb lever IMO)+ 28MPH top speed+ Carries well uphill+ Saddle leather and color+ Bike color and finish- Seat is not comfortable on long rides. (Anything more that 40min)- No saddle bag or storage (unless you upgrade to the R750)- No mirrors (must have when commuting on busy streets)- Small rear taillight/turn signalThis little bicycle is good for leisurely cruises, short commutes, or to ride around the RV / Campsite. I got it to get back into riding bikes to help increase strength in my legs since I have joint problems so long walks are not an option. So this helps me get around and ride longer than I would normally with the electric motor assist modes. The assist has 5 levels, however once you go over 13-15mph, peddling is useless so at that point your just along for the ride. This bike has good torque, I weigh 225lbs and it pulls me along just fine, the big fat tires does help give the ride more cushion for comfort and load. The seating position is comfortable as long at it is not for too long, but it is tolerable.COMMUTING:I used this bike for a few weeks to commute to work. I work about 10 miles from work. On the way to work it half flat with the other half being small to very steep uphill grades. On the return trip the up hills are down hills.NOTHING BUT MOTOR!! So I wanted to test out the range to work and back, I was able to ride 5 miles around my neighborhood, then ride 11miles to work and back for a total of 27miles and still have 2 bars left on the battery. It took me 34min to get to work (up hills) and 15min to get home (down hills). The commute is mostly long straight roads with some parts being curvy so going full speed was not a problem.AROUND TOWN:If you are using this in your local park or streets with other bicyclist and pedestrians learn this bicycle before you get out there. It has fat tires and the turning radius does not make it nimble and if you don't know how to control the throttle or have the proper setting (such as cruise control) things can get dangerous quickly. It is basically an electric motorcycle and can get to 28mph really quickly so it is not a beginners bike for sure.CLASS 3: E-Bike. (Check your local laws)GET SAFETY GEAR:I got myself a great E-bike helmet and some gloves incase I had a mishap. I recommend a good helmet, even a entry level motorcycle helmet is a good option, going 28 mph and being able to reach speeds of up to 40mph down hill, I would protect my head and wear some good jeans and a jacket. I ride at night too so I added flashing rear light to increase visibility. All in all it is a great little E-bike, the convenience of 5 min assembly out the box and the on demand power with most of the bells and whistle make this a good option for a bike rider that is getting into the electric vehicle world.Hope this was helpful!

My Husband & I LOVE
I recently purchased an electric bike and I have to say, it has been one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. The quality is fantastic and the bike is very well-built and sturdy. The electric assist feature is a game changer and has made my daily commute so much easier and more enjoyable. The bike is very easy to operate and has a comfortable ride, even on longer distances. The battery life is impressive and it charges quickly, allowing me to use it for multiple trips without having to recharge. I also appreciate that it is eco-friendly and a great alternative to driving a car. Overall, I highly recommend this electric bike to anyone looking for a convenient, eco-friendly, and fun way to commute or explore the outdoors. It has definitely exceeded my expectations and has become my go-to mode of transportation.

Really exceed my expectations
I’ve been considering an electric bike for some time now and decided to give this one a go. I’ll be honest, I nearly cancelled the order when I saw the wheels were only 20 inches and my standard mountain bike has 27.5-inch ones. The pictures made the overall size of the bike look much smaller than it is in person, too. Glad I didn’t cancel. The bike came in a sturdy cardboard box mostly assembled. The instructions even show build steps that are already done when you get it out of the box. It actually took me more time to remove all the padding and packing material than it did to bolt the handlebars on and attach the pedals and reflectors. Oh, and don't forget to put air in the tires!Once fully built, this thing weighs 72 pounds, so you’re probably not taking this to the jumping trails. However, with the 4-inch-wide tires this thing will handle off-roading with ease. I spent about 15 minutes going through the included manual and felt very comfortable with the controls on my maiden ride. Several modes are available including manual (you are the power), several varieties of pedal assist, and the fully throttle controlled ride. The manual states that the North American version is speed rated to 20MPH, but you can unlock the advertised 28MPH in the menu. Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes will really help slow you down from those speeds. Motor is rated at 500W continuous and 700W peak, and you can really feel that with the torque when you twist the throttle. The only negative thing I can come up with is that I wish the company sold the accessories that come standard with the 750W model. Not knocking stars off for that, though. So far, really enjoying this ride!
