Great Set
I like this set. It replaces one I've had for years. Knife surface much better although the mats are slightly smaller. Only negative is the casing isn't stainless steel so I can't put my timer on it, apart from it's good

Excellent. Love this. Can store away neatly in cupboard. Seems of very good quality. The knife was a definite bonus & makes it quite good value for money. The knife is really sharp but it has a sheaf for additional safety. Great idea.

Quality and usefulness
This is the second Joseph Joseph 4 coloured chopping board set that I have purchased. The first one lasted about 10 years. It’s well made and the different colour boards and icons on each make it easy for me to choose the correct board to chop certain foods like meat, fish or vegetables. For hygiene purposes and to stop cross contamination using a different board for meat and vegetables makes sense. So although this set is more expensive than some, the brand can be trusted for quality and longevity. I would definitely recommend this product. The knife that comes with it is unnecessary in my view. I own a great set of sharp knives already. However, if you are just starting out on your culinary adventures this addition could prove useful

The knives start to rust very quickly with them being used minimally. So not sure of the quality.
