Great hip thrust belt!
I like the fact that the padding of the belt extends beyond the straps that secure the dumbbells. It is very easy and comfortable to use with my 20kg dumbbells.

ヒップスラストで安全に重量を上げたくて購入しました。22.5キロのダンベル２つ、合計45キロでは全く問題なく使用できています。ベルクロがしっかりしているので、もっと重量を上げても大丈夫だと思います。あとは、ちょっとコストが高いのが残念ですが。

Its okay for lighter dumbbells, tried to put 60s on each side and it was doable but it wasnt very comfy. Just use a barbell
