I’m making a light fixture out of an old hay pulley and this was the perfect finishing touch. The rope had a very soft feel and finish to it. Almost like sweater material, but still looks like real rope.

This rope/wire is exactly what I needed to make pulley lights ... so far I made three lamps and subsequently made a second order for more rope/wire... if you want a rustic look and a product that is easy to work with, I recommend this rope light cord.
