I bought it to replace a council food bin that lost its lid. Smaller than I expected but now have got used to it and really like it. Easy to use and easy to clean

For the past 7 years we've had a metal compost bin that needs lining and constant monitoring and planned disposal.So far this bin has been fit and forget. I love that I can chuck wet and dry goods in and at the end of the day tip the liquid down the drain or use it as early fertiliser and then chuck the rest to compost. Previously I had to stick the bin through a colander and then dump it on the compost heap.Just makes life easier but I wish there was a colour scheme available that was more in keeping with our Edwardian Kitchen
