There’s really no other option for a carry on
Bought these for a tropical trip we’re taking and needed something that could fit in a standard size carry on and honestly this is about the only option I could find that fits. There’s other options if you plan to use bigger checked bags, but these fold up small enough to fit in carry ons. Aside from that they seem pretty light and have decent space in them. Aside with all of these pop up things it takes some practice learning to fold them and can be a bit of a pain but it sure does make setting them up easy. I would opt for the one that has the dome pop up for your feet as well as the other model requires staking the feet and won’t really work standalone.

My life was depending on this tent/net for a survivor trip! It works great!
This tent/net is good for travel! It is very compact/light. The zipper works well for me! The zipper zips all the ways to the ends, which is great to prevent mosquitos! I used this tent for seven days, and it holds up good! The bottom is solid enough to let me avoid bugs! I was well protected inside the tent! I was able to avoid mosquitoes/ants/and other insects. I am very satisfied on its functional.I struggled to fold the tent back! However, I was able to fold it after an hour! The tent is still in good shape! I think I will be able to use it again for the next several times!

Great for camping
Used this for a week camping trip in Tennessee with my son's boy scout camping trip. It fit great over the cots inside the tents that were provided. Easy set up and breakdown. No complaints at all. Did have to use some rope to keep the feet area up because I did not use the other equipment that was provided or what it was mainly used for, but it worked out nicely for the week.

sleep easy when the skeeters are a buzz'n...
for the money, this is surprisingly well made, I'm going to keep it on my bass boat for sleeping on the deck at night on the water, it won't take up much room in a rod box and will make night nap's sweet, if your hard on your gear you will likely wear it out fast... would buy again

Impossible to fold back up
This tent was way too big for the use I wanted--to sleep insect-free inside my car when it's hot & I have to have the windows open. No rainfly so not sure how useful it is to use as a tent unless you were sure it wasn't going to rain. Looked like it would have good head room. The worst thing is I am a reasonably intelligent/handy person & I could NOT get this to fold up to fit back into its small carry bag. I followed the directions that were provided but it was just poor photos w/captions reading: fold A to B, etc. I struggled for an hour & just gave up as I was afraid I was going to damage it by folding/twisting it wrong. I've learned my lesson: if the product has to be twisted around itself to fold it into a smaller package, count me out! Had to return it in a big box because I couldn't get it to fold down to fit into carry bag/shipping envelope.

Great in theory and once opened
Great in theory and once opened and set up but impossible to fold back down and when you do it changes the support rods and then doesn’t stand properly next setup.

Worked well to keep me dry

It's great for bivy styled camp.
I had all sorts of personal tents, for me this fits well in sleeping bag compartment and I like that it sets up in two minutes, just be patient you'll figure it out. Folding is also super quick, just be patient this isn't high speed internet bud, okay? So, the first night of set up with this one I was glad because it started raining and I had 5 minutes before I got totally drenched, set up a tarp on top and then this underneath, trust me use those ground hooks on all four corners it'll elevate the net and give you some breathing room, now I put my backpack in it when I used it but it will be a bit uncomfortable if it's a big backpack, but all the more motivation for you to be organized. It lacks in terms of quality fabrics and zipper has been laggy since the first use, but overall if you're careful and respectful of your stuff this quick set up cheap tent is a better variant than the short pole tent setups for one person, best tents are two person even for one person, more room and etcetera, but if you wanna be quicker, just get this one. It's not waterproof, so you need something to be underneath, and above obviously. That's not a problem I do same set up for all my tents, use it as bivy in winter wrap it in waterproof tarp to seal in the heat and you good! Not bad not bad, need better fabrics and zippers, with same design.
