I was really looking forward to receiving this item...and then I received it! There were absolutely NO instructions with the item! It didn't even come with instructions on how to turn it on and off, let alone on how to set it up or to pick the language I speak or want translated. So I downloaded the application on the Google Play store associated with the product, thinking it might walk me through the process...NOPE! The app doesn't work. So, after two lengthy phone calls with Amazon customer service reps, I'm sending the item back. Also, just so you are aware, the seller is no longer on the "platform," according to Amazon, which I'm assuming means he won't be selling anymore...at least not this item under his current listing.

As far as I can tell this is a scam, I should have listened to the reviews that said do not waste your money. I downloaded the app but there is no way to activate it. I have tried for 2 days, no company to call or email. I will have to return it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! The positive reviews must be paid for or something.

The product is flat out is junk. Saw the same product on Amazon with a single star and assumed maybe this product was a different model given its reviews. Now thinking the reviews are fake. Definitely worth just buying a Bluetooth headset and using Google translate.

Incompatible with android, I purchase this device in order to take a class with a Spanish-speaking instructor however it does not work in Spanish with the Android phone.

They don't come with any directions -- I still haven't figured out how to use it...... will have to go onto u-tube sometime and figure it out

It says earbuds (plural) but you get one.

The Primo Bluetooth works fine and can translate up to 25 languages.
