East to use and set up - good translations
Just... wow! Ok, box came with the device, charging cord, and two additional earpieces for a total of three earpiece sizes. There are two barcodes on the sides of the box, one for instructions, and the other for the app. Installed the app, downloaded the instructions, connected the bluetooth and within minutes I was up and running. My initial test was some basic French and Spanish phrases. Worked perfectly. Next was the big test - Russian. Brought it to a Russian friend and asked them to say a sentence in Russian. What they said was written out on my screen in Cyrillic and translated to English below. I relayed what I received in English (both in text on screen and voice in the earpiece) and they said it was correct. Tried a few more sentences - quick, reasonably accurate translations. Impressed.

I want to know how to get them to work or I will be returning both of them and asking for a refund.
Ok So I got these today around 10:30 this morning and so far I have spent from 10:30 until now 3 p.m and I have watched the video that is in Chinese and it doesn't explain how to get them to work either. It barely even let's you see how they are getting them connected to talk to each other in the video. And everything and I mean everything is in Chinese and the only English in it is spoken by a blonde girl, almost portraying that Americans don't have the ability to learn how to do things. It shows a Chinese man showing her how to use it but as soon as he starts showing her they zoom in so close that you can't see what he is showing her.Anyways, I've downloaded and reinstalled the app twice now. I bought 2 because I speak English and my husband speaks Spanish. I have been learning a lot of Spanish, but learning English is one of the hardest languages to learn. I figured that buying these would help us better communicate with each other and that when we go to my families house that they could use my ear bud to be able to talk with him more. But so far I haven't been able to get them to work. I asked a question on here about them, I will give them a few days to answer my question before I request a refund. Very disappointed with this product. The entire package is in Chinese and it doesn't come with any instructions.

I spent two weeks in Paris and never found out how to use the 2 that I purchased.

Not up to the task in English to Korean
The concept is great. The English to text is about 95%. The Korean to text is about 50%. The translation from one to the other is terrible. This is not hands free and their is a subscription payment after you use it so much, didn't look into that as far as cost. your ether trying to press the button by you ear or the button on the screen. I'm returning the two I purchased because we found they were unusable to us. And be aware that there are two buttons on the ear piece.

Didn't work
The product did not connect to my phone I have a Samsung galaxy 7 tried everything bluetooth wouldn't connect returned it next day.
