Excellent value, serves its purpose…fun to boot.
I use this to supplement RockSteadyBoxing (a boxing program specifically for those who suffer from Parkinson’s disease) for the days I can’t make it to class and it’s amazing. It allows you to work on your punches, blocks, footwork, and coordination in a small space.I highly recommend it. It wasn’t the most expensive, and it wasn’t the cheapest- but it rivals the big names we use at the gym for a fraction of the cost.

It slowly broke apart
The poll is too short the ball came off I did use it consistently for a week and then it started to break down

the thing that connects to the base was chipped so it doesn’t hold on tight and comes loose the more times u punch it, but i feel like if this wasn’t broken then it would be a perfect training item

Good directions, complicated set up
Please note, the base for this has a curved fill spout, so if filling with sand plan to use a teaspoon, and never empty it.Directions were otherwise easy to follow, all parts included. One person can easily set up. It wobbles easily, but doesn't spring back as fast as a ceiling-mounted speed bag. We're waiting to see how it holds up.

The head part came off after 3 months
The media could not be loaded. My son liked it but the screw kept coming off and the head part came off

lo adquiri en 189 y la calidad es excelente mucho mejor que las que tienen el los gyms es densa protege y es comoda ahora puedo hacer squats sin dolor en los trapecios. 👍

Indispensable para hacer hipthrust
Compré esta almohadilla en 2019 y aún la utilizo para entrenar. Aunque por dentro ya se ve que está comenzando a dañarse el material la verdad ha soportado uso constante y cargas por encima de las 300 libras. Totalmente recomiendo que si buscan aumentar lo que cargan en hipthrust compren una almohadilla y en lo personal a mí me fue muy bien con esta.
