this tape is like something I never knew I knew that I needed it. I love how it will dispense the monitor that you requesting. I love that it is just convenient and it just works and functions very well. It makes me not even want to use my traditional tape anymore with this to Spencer?

Everything about this is in USA/English, EXCEPT the power supply. I have never even seen that type of power supply before. Abby from Beamnova worked with me to settle this issue. If you order and receive the wrong power supply contact the seller it will be much easier that returning first. I got the right plug today and set up the machine. It is a bit tricky but I was able to figure it out. I use heat tape. and it is thin. the machine handles it well. Would have been 5 stars if the correct power supply would have came first.

This Tape Dispenser has streamlined our shipping process. Instead of having to use tape guns that don't always feed or cut properly, this machine always provides the needed amount of tape with clean cuts. We absolutely love it!

Works great for our internal application. Would get a 5 if it could have a held a roll of tape less than 5mm. It is a need for us not the machine!
