Love this!
I can’t say how much I love cooking steaks on this. I just throw it in the oven for and get it hot then just place a thawed steak on it and give it a flip after a few minutes and they always come out with amazing flavor.

I purchased for a Christmas gift. My friend loved it. She uses it several several a week. I suggest getting the cook book with it.

Cracked and broken upon arrival
This product arrived well in a box, but the block was thoroughly cracked and a huge chunk of salt was broken off. When I went to return or replace it, it would not allow me to do so.

Beautiful heavy block of solid salt
This POHS Himalayan Pink Rock Salt Block is pretty sweet. It is heavy and comes with a metal tray to carry it. It's intended to be used as a serving plate for hot meals, but I am using it as a display base. It is translucent so it looks great when light glows through it. I will make a wood base with a light to place it upon.
