Good value light table for small products and close up photography.
Instructions pretty basic, but logical if you follow the diagrams. Precision made and went together well, the most difficult part being fixing the translucent top, I started by fitting it in the long base slot and working upwards holding it in place with screw knobs provided. I removed one of the top fixings and replaced it when the top was in place. It is clearly not best suited for heavy objects which would require more support from the platform. So good for lighter and smaller things, and by placing a light underneath the table gives you white backgrounds.

Appalling engineering
Upon assembling the table I found out how poorly engineered this is: one front leg has the holes drilled 1,5cm higher! I mean, not 1-2 millimetres: 1,5 centimetres! So, not only the table is completely unstable, but if I put something to close the gab, it's not even level! Very much unusable. Then the coloured backgrounds... They would be a nice addition if you could actually use them. But because they are the same size of the acrylic base, you can't actually lay the background on the acrylic as the screws are in the way! Not too mention the frustrating waste of time that is having to unscrew everything to then screw it again in order to assemble the table. Going to have to waste an hour now to disassemble everything and return this piece of garbage.

A very powerful flash is required for this
It is not very easy to install, you need to prepare a separate screwdriver. The package comes with an Allen wrench, but a few screws are fitted with a large X screwdriver. The position of the flash connector at the bottom is not good for highlighting the bottom because it is too close, so it is recommended to place the flash directly on the ground and use two flashes from directly below and behind. The rear flash on the ground requires a lot of power to make the background bright enough, and the camera top flash can't do that unless you choose to sacrifice depth of field and image quality to reduce brightness requirements. But for studio flash, the space at the bottom is barely big enough for studio flash. So maybe using three flashes to light the background from the bottom, one directly below and two behind would be a good solution. The quality is good, but you need a powerful flash to use it.

but not as practical as I would have liked.
It's VERY difficult to get the base (the white sheet) into the slots because it's hard plastic and has been rolled. With some help I managed it. But the sheets that sit over the top don't sit flat because of the little knobs holding the hard plastic sheet in place. If you put anything too large on it, the shine from the sheets is visible in the photo. I think it may be OK, but not as practical as I would have liked.

solidly built
was a nightmare to put together, needs two people to assemble it. instructions not really good, would help a little if the parts themselves were numbered, but when we finally got it assembled it seems sturdy enough, on the downside the backdrops are wider than the table so you have to decide what to do about the big lugs that stick up on the arms. i dont know yet if to cut the backdrops thinner so they fit between the lugs or to cut slots in the backdrops and use the lugs to hold them down

Easy to set up
Brilliant little studio table. Great value. Easy to set up and very easy to fold and store away. Ideal for smaller items

60x130cm do not bother
I wish Amazon would stop combining product reviews for multi product listings. As if I had noticed the 60x130cm I could have spared 2 hours of my life from being wasted. What a load of ****. Well the instructions are a faded, end of the ink cartridge print out mainly in Chinese and completely useless. Assembly was eye wateringly painful, mainly because some of the parts are so sharp I ended up looking like I had just pruned a rose bush without gloves or Secateurs. The acrylic I have no understanding unless you put it in an large oven how it will ever take the shape it’s supposed to. The backgrounds have no holes in them to fit over the acrylic to be screwed down. Meaning when you finally prevail valiantly at setting the table up before passing out from blood loss, you are left with a misshaped, bulging ‘flat’ lay bit of plastic to take the photos against. Seeing as mine are small cosmetic products, they sit as straight as the leaning tower of Pisa on the plastic bit of rubbish. All in all a glorious waste of flipping time, I think I would rather take as a whole to the local waste centre than spend more time and risk a loss of a finger trying to collapse it back down to return. Save your precious hours on this planet, and your sanity and just scroll to the next product. Honestly, you will thank me.

Fiddly and poor quality and missing parts
This is so fiddly to put up that once it’s up it will probably have to stay up so it’s not ideal if you are short on space. The instructions are poor also.If I had the room at a push I’d be tempted to keep it but as it stands I never had the additional backgrounds anyway so it’s going back. The frame is fiddly and the main plastic top is VERY fiddly to put in place.Another smaller problem was that the screws stick out and could get in the way of your shots. Ok price for what I should’ve got but way too much faffing for my liking
