Arrives all compressed in a small container. The instructions state it needs 48 hours to fully form. It arrived in the morning and I unpacked it and left it to take it shapes and by bedtime it look fine. I use this every night and really fits me well, I purchased the larger one, and keeps my hips from discomfort both while sleeping and when first waking up in the morning. Works really well for me. Highly recommended if you can benefit from such a product as it's much better than just a conventional pillow.

I bought this for my Significant Other because he has had back, hip, and knee pains while sleeping on his side. The pillow goes in-between his legs, and from the first night using it, he could absolutely tell a difference in the way his body is laying, which is comfortable and ergonomically corrected by the pillow. It provides support that a regular pillow can't provide because this pillow keeps shape, and firmness while he sleeps. He is waking up with little to no pain because of it. It really is a great pillow, comfortable, has that strap that keeps it in place while he sleeps, so he doesn't lose it when turning. And takes pressure off his back, hips, and knees all while keeping shape all night long. I am also happy with the removable cover, that I can just throw in the washer.
