The concepts of growth and abundance apply to all parts of life
It's very well written, and I felt energized as I read it. The author's enthusiasm and energy really poured through the words. I appreciate it's brevity as well - far too many books say much less in 2-3x the length. Each chapter gets right to the point, with just the right amount of anecdotes to reinforce the concepts. It's motivating, direct, and insightful without the unnecessary fluff. It's a great read leading up to New Year's Day, when the days are dark and short, and we find ourselves inside reflecting on what and how we want to improve in our lives, and in the lives of those around us, in the upcoming year.

Excellent book! Highly motivational
Excellent book! It is well written and easy to read. I'm not much of a reader but I picked up this book and found that I couldn't put it down - that's how much I enjoyed it. It offers a positive and spiritual perspective on life and business - and gives you tools to believe in yourself, to succeed as a person as well as succeed in business. While the title may suggest that this book is suited for personal trainers, I found that it could apply to anybody in any field. 10/10 would recommend this book to anybody looking to better themselves and succeed in their pursuits.

Captivating and Motivating - Great Read!!
Absolutely loved this book, I couldn't put it down!! Flowed very nicely from chapter to chapter. I never once was bored or disinterested. While it is based on becoming a personal trainer it is much more than that! It gives you plenty of information and even dives deep into the authors own personal regimen and daily routine. A great read for anyone who wants to better themself physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Good book
As a Martial artist and personal trainer like the author I can totally relate to a lot of stuff he is saying in this book. It is good to see that I am not the only one who shares this type of philosophy about personal training. So much have change since in the business since social media. It is good to see a lot of good advice in a book and not so much about chasing likes and increasing your followers to be a good personal trainer

Motivating
Loved the book. Just a common sense, down to earth approach to training and more importantly to life. Great read for athletes as well as non athletes with insight into living a good life and being a good person. Highly recommend.
