The aroma was amazing, even better when you grind it. The colors are so vibrant and most of the texture is smooth in the corn nubs.

These peppercorns are a very good value for what you get. Although, these do have more of a bite than the gourmet peppercorns that I have purchased elsewhere. They still taste ok, just more pungent than I am used to, but I am not disappointed in my purchase. And they should last quite a while, even as much as we use pepper. This is a big bag that will last quite some time.
