This is replacement for my previous Timex watch, which was very similar in appearance. Excellent value for money. Water resistant. The back can be removed reasonably easily and it doesn't take a strange battery. This is a great watch for daily work and my only criticism would be the material used for the dial window, whichy is plastic and can be damaged if you're not careful. That said, I would certainly recommend this watch.

Nice basic watch. Good value and appears well made. Lightweight and easy to read. Comfortable strap.Luminous dial is a great addition. Minor complaint.......it ticks fairly loudly like a cheap clock. 2 months later the luminous dial packed in. Pity.

Da meine alte Timex beim letzten DIY Projekt unfreiwillig ihr Leben lassen musste sollte so schnell wie möglich ein Ersatz her. Ich muss zugeben - meine allererste Uhr (.....und das ist doch schon einige viele Jahre her 😂) war eine Timex und seitdem habe ich zwar zwischenzeitlich auch einige andere Uhren gehabt...und bin doch immer wieder auf die Timex zurückgekommen. So sollte es auch diesmal sein - jedoch im unteren Preissegment und da ist mir diese Explorer aufgefallen. Gut ablesbar, Textilband und preismäßig im Rahmen - ist ja nur eine "Arbeitsuhr". Klarerweise kann man um den Preis nicht ein Edelstahlgehäuse oder ein Saphirglas erwarten - darüber sollte man sich im Klaren sein. Plastik soweit das Handgelenk reicht - aber zweckmäßig und ohne Schnickschnack. Klare Kaufempfehlung meinerseits.

Funciona después de 14 días, calculo que atrasa unos 10 segundos al mes. Es ruidoso, mi mujer dice que es es un carrillón de pulsera, me lo tengo que quitar y dejarlo en la mesita por qué no es apto para todos los oídos. Tardé dos días en ponerlo correctamente en hora tras aprender en cuál de las dos partes de doce horas del día está… eso influye en el calendario. La correa es bastante ruda, al igual que el reloj, la segunda hebilla se engancha en la ropa y suele estar fuera de sitio la mayor parte del día. Es en cierto modo como la Harley Davidson de los relojes, o te gusta y lo aceptas con sus defectos y aprendes a amar por su virtud, el estilo a día de hoy es su única virtud. Si buscas algo que funcione perfecto cómprate un Casio, si quieres presumir un reloj suizo, si quieres algo que funciona pero se siente rudo y tiene personalidad, este es tu reloj. Es difícil hoy en día sentir apego por la tecnología, vengo de un smartwatch y quería algo que me acompañe y no me controle… si me sale mal, buscaré un casio F91w que tengo en un cajón y le cambiaré la pila… acierto triste pero seguro. A mi me gusta, a ti puede gustarte si entiendes lo que has leído.
