I love this serum. I haven't noticed any whitening, and I'm glad because I don't want whitening, just conditioning. This serum feels great. It feels so good in your hand when you drop some on. It's thick and not runny. The only down side is that it goes fast, but I admit I have used it liberally. I'm on my second bottle of vitamin C serum. I highly recommend this, but remember that a little goes a long way so don't waste it by applying it too liberally. That's not necessary, just like hyalouronic acid serum. A little goes a long way. Even if you do use a lot just buy more like I did. Love it! Will have to try the other serums in this brand as well

it’s so hydrating and so worth the price amazing quality. it leaves a glow on your face. absorption is quick and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. helped me with fine line and texture. 10/10 recommend will be buying again

This serum really helps decrease the lines around my mouth, at 65 that is good. I would not recommend using every day if you have sensitive skin as I do since it can irritate (ie. burn ) the lips if over used. I just completed chemotherapy two months ago so my skin needs revitalizing and this serum has helped. For the money I would recommend.

Vitamin C serums are definitely a fad in the beauty and cosmetics industry, but you have to understand that the skin is a relatively impermeable barrier, so actually many topicals don’t go through the skin well. It will take many days, even months, of regular application to actually see any kind of effect, regardless of what kind of topical you’re putting on (unless it’s a steroid, then it will go in easily).This particular Vitamin C serum is not too thick nor greasy, and it dries farily quickly when applied on the skin. I use the included dropper top to drip some onto my cotton pad and then apply it on my face. I do feel my face is more moisturized after applying this serum, but there are no noticeable effects after about a week of application.I don’t buy that it is going to brighten the skin very significantly, but it may help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, simply by helping to plump up the skin in the folded areas. The serum doesn’t have a very strong smell, but it does have a smell to it, a sort of clinical cleaning supply sort of scent which is not too strong, but it is indeed present. I’ve only used this serum sparingly as I’m not sure if it is really beneficial to my skin or my facial appearance, and I’ve never really bought into these sorts of anti-aging products to begin with.
