Great writer. With a background story which gives an interest which grows my knowledge of the people, careers, places and situations i know so little about, as well as the enjoyment of knowing how great relationships come together with the right people, under unusual situations.

Suspense, Tension, Danger and Romance!
Another great Night Stalker story by M. L. Buchman! Mick Quinn (aka "The Mighty Quinn") is a Night Stalker pilot of a Little Bird attack helicopter and Patty Donoghue (aka "Gloucester") is his copilot. Together they make a formidable team in a unit where they fly some pretty dangerous and unusual missions on the covert to black ops classifications. They have made a top notch team un the cockpit, but things are beginning to heat up in the attraction between them too. Flying into a dangerous mission is bad enough, but losing focus because of worry about someone you care about getting hurt can cause errors and even more danger. This adds a whole new dimension on how these professionals must deal with each other and their duties. As usual, M.L. Buchman writes a book full of suspense, tension, questions and amazing characters. Add in some missions that take these flyers and their Special Ops Soldiers into some areas where they must get in nd out without being discovered and you have a book that is about impossible to put down. Another great addition to the Night Stalkers 5E Series.

Exciting and fun read!
M.L. Buchman is so deserving of continual honors! He has a number of book series. They can all be read individually, do not have to be read in order. He takes us to many locations, and it is usually difficult for me to put the book down, what with the descriptive details, characterizations, exciting plot developments and action sequences. A top military romance writer! 6*!!! !!!

Another Winner
I look forward to every book written by ML Buchman. The Night Stalkers series is fantastic and though no doubt some readers will find it far fetched, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Roll on the next series.

A typical Buchman book, strong on characters and story; unfortunately, it's marred by poor editing.
It's an ML Buchman book. If you're reading Night Stalkers 22, then you've probably read others, so I don't have to tell you the book is good. Strong female and male characters, working for US Special Forces. Strong boy meets strong girl, love flourishes, and all live and work happily ever after. This book has the new 5E SOAR group in Alaska training in the snow and harassing North Koreans, then off on a super-secret mission.Unfortunately, this work is not as well-edited as one would like, and that makes for distracted reading (at least for me). "Breath" instead of "breathe" (she couldn't "breath"), "one" instead of "on" ("One" the descent from the mountain), confusion between objective and subjective articles (she/her, he/him). Sure, they're little errors. But they add up. Perhaps this was rushed through editing in order to get it into the hands of a waiting public, which I can appreciate; nevertheless, a couple days with a fresh set of eyes would have done much to polish the final product.
