It's powder and apparently from whey - couldn't see the Gold
Bought it for my partner, she has a smoothy everyday. She blends it in a nutri bullet, yogurt, fruit, and powder and a little milk. She wasn't a fan of this one, Said its taste and the texture it just didn't appeal at all. Tried it a second time and decided not to stick with it as it was that bad (flour-like, apparently)

Decent powder
Overall, this protein powder does the job. The ingredients are clean, it mixes pretty well, and I like that it keeps me full for a few hours after my workouts. Definitely helps with recovery and hits the right macros. That said, the taste is… okay. It’s not awful, but there’s still a bit of that classic “protein powder” aftertaste, and the texture is a little gritty no matter how much I shake or blend it. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know going in. If you’re looking for something effective and don’t mind a slightly chalky vibe, this is a solid pick. I’ll keep using it, just with a splash of almond milk and maybe a banana to help it go down smoother.
