It works like a charm
This stuff works. I did have some cramping but after this week I lost 20 lbs of just stool. You do feel a little sluggish while you take it but afterwards I lost 20 lbs of stool and it is really good to do once a year to get your gut back to normal.

Disappointed with 7 Day Cleanser - not recommended
I recently tried the 7-day cleanser, hoping for a quick and effective solution to feeling bloated and heavy. Unfortunately, my experience with this product was far from satisfactory. On the first day, I experienced only a small amount of loose bowels, and for the remaining six days, there was no noticeable effect. The pills were uncomfortable to take, and I did not experience any reduction in water weight as claimed. Overall, I feel misled by the product's promises and would not recommend it to others. There are likely more effective and comfortable ways to address bloating and water weight. Save your money and look for alternatives.
