The quality and price was excellent ,I tried the knife out on slicing carrots and was very impressed with how it performed .I purchased it for slicing lettuce and to use on non stick baking tins and I'm sure it will be alright for this. Would not hesitate in recommending this product or seller .

Got it to cut lettuce originally so it doesn’t brown. Doesn’t do a great job but minimises scratching of baking tins a little less
