Great for the money!
One of the best rods I have used. I take it sea fishing and on the first day caught 3 mackerel on one cast, put up a good fight and lots of flex in the rod. Can’t believe how cheap this rod is for its durability and light weight design. I got the biggest one they offered which I believe is 9 - 10 foot which I never thought would be a big enough rod to get out any far but the flex in the tip makes it like a whip. Definitely recommend for anyone getting into fishing that wants a nice good looking rod! I’m using quite a big reel on it which I understand is a bit over kill and heavy, but the rod being lighter means that my backs a lot less painful at the end of the day.

Stik with what U know.
I bought an ugly stik spinning rod over 40 yrs ago.Still going well ,using it deadbaiting for pike.Reason for buying this new lighter spinning rod.
